ACCOMMODATION – IMMERSION IN THE HEART OF THE GATHERING

To fully experience the Ecstatic Dance Gathering, we offer several accommodation options in the heart of nature. Whether you want to sleep under the stars, in an unusual accommodation, or in your converted van, you will find a space that suits your needs here.

🌿 Glampingl Accommodations: The site offers 20 unique accommodations, each with its own atmosphere and originality. Some are equipped with private bathrooms, while others offer a simpler immersion with access to shared sanitary facilities. Yurts, cabins, domes, or lodge tents… each accommodation invites you to a unique experience, in harmony with the spirit of the Gathering.

⛺ Camping Spots: For a total immersion, pitch your tent at one of our camping spots in the heart of nature. Enjoy a peaceful environment to recharge between dance sessions, with access to shared sanitary facilities for extra comfort. Camping rate: 10 euros/night/person – Book via our ticketing system.

🚐 Spaces for Vans and Converted Trucks: A limited number of spots will be available on-site for vans and converted trucks, at a cost of 15 euros per vehicle, plus 10 euros per night per occupant of the vehicle. Additional spaces will be available in the parking lot.

If you wish to sleep on-site, you must show your accommodation details at the welcome desk upon arrival: either your rented accommodation, your camping nights, or your van accommodation nights. No one will be accepted on-site without proof of their accommodation booking.

An Ideal Setting for Camping in the Heart of Nature

Set up your tent in an idyllic setting by the lake and enjoy a pleasant camping space. Numerous shaded spots will offer comfort and coolness throughout the festival.

The sanitary facilities and showers, designed for your well-being, are welcoming, practical, and comfortable to ensure a peaceful stay.

Camping is offered at a rate of 10 € per night per adult, 4 € per night per child (ages 7 to 17), and free for children aged 0 to 6 years. Reservations can be made directly through our online ticketing system. HERE

Converted vehicles (vans, motorhomes, caravans, sleeper cars, etc.) are welcome at the Gathering! 

However, the number of available spaces in the camping area is limited to around thirty vehicles. 

A supplement of 15 € is required to park there. Additionally, each occupant of the vehicle will need to pay for the overnight stay at the rate of 10 € per person per night. These fees must be paid directly when purchasing your pass through the ticketing system.

There will also be spaces available in the parking lot, with no additional cost for the vehicle. However, overnight stays are still mandatory and must be reserved in advance through the ticketing system.

Be sure to register in advance to secure your vehicle’s spot on the site!

A Healthy and Delicious Dining Experience at the Ecstatic Dance Gathering

During these four days of the festival, enjoy a vegetarian cuisine made with local, seasonal ingredients. The Domaine du Balbuzard and its restaurant will offer a different meal each day, prepared with care and love by their team. Meal prices will range between 10 and 12 €.

To diversify the offerings, there will also be a sweet and savory crêpe stand available, perfect for a tasty break or a light snack. You can also enjoy spirulina toasts, a healthy and energizing snack option.

The Alcohol-Free Bar at the Gathering

Welcome to the enchanted bar of Manon and Paikan, a true oasis of refreshment and comfort at the heart of the Gathering!

Come enjoy amazing non-alcoholic cocktails, crafted with passion and creativity, where every sip is an explosion of natural and indulgent flavors. Let yourself be enchanted by their delicious chai, a spicy and comforting blend, or warm up with a selection of cozy hot beverages. And for those looking for a refreshing touch, discover our cooling drinks, lovingly crafted and served with a smile!

The Wellness Space – A Haven of Relaxation at the Heart of this Gathering

At the Ecstatic Dance Gathering, dive into a space dedicated to rejuvenation and relaxation. For four days, experienced therapists will offer individual sessions, each bringing their specific healing and unique approach.

After the intensity of the dances, this space becomes a true bubble of softness to pamper your body and extend your well-being. The sessions are paid, and each therapist will provide their rates directly on site.

🌿 A Conscious Festival: Alcohol-Free and Substance-Free

The Ecstatic Dance Gathering is a space dedicated to authentic connection, presence, and the celebration of life in its purest form. To preserve this spirit, the festival is entirely alcohol-free and free from psychoactive substances. We believe in the possibility of reaching joy, ecstasy, and inner freedom through dance, music, movement, and sharing, without external alteration. This is an invitation to experience a state of collective mindfulness, to be together in full authenticity, and to cultivate sincere and deep exchanges.

🚭 A Designated Smoking Area

To respect this environment and the comfort of everyone, smokers will have access to a dedicated smoking area. Smoking will not be allowed near the common spaces to maintain air quality and the immersive experience of the festival. We thank you for your understanding and your commitment to co-creating a harmonious and respectful space for all participants.

🎫 Membership to the L'ECSTATIC Association – Why is it mandatory?

For insurance purposes, a symbolic membership fee of €2 to the L'Ecstatic Association is required to participate in the event. To simplify your arrival and avoid any additional management on-site, we ask that you pay this membership fee when purchasing your pass. Upon your arrival, we will check at the registration desk that the membership has been paid and is linked to your pass.

🎟️ Ticket Policy

Tickets purchased are non-refundable, except in the case of a medical reason supported by a doctor's certificate. However, an online platform will be made available two months before the festival to facilitate ticket resale. This platform will allow individuals wishing to resell their ticket to offer it to other participants, particularly to those looking for a ticket at a slightly reduced price or in the case of a sold-out festival with a waiting list.

This will provide a flexible and respectful solution for those who, for various reasons, are no longer able to attend the Gathering.

Commitment and Conditions

As a volunteer, you commit to offering a maximum of 6 hours per day while still having time to enjoy the festival.
