Letting our body flow
I have always been drawn to exploring the human being — their impulses, silences, and inner and bodily movements. A living, vibrant inquiry that pulses within me.
For ten years, I worked as a specialized educator alongside people experiencing psychological distress.
Over time, another call became clearer: the moving body, and dance as a language of life and a way of accompanying others. I came to trust the intelligence of the body as a guide and a pathway toward well-being. Body and mind, for me, are deeply intertwined. Somatic practices became central in my journey, leading me in 2011 to complete a Master’s in Dance and Somatic Well-being in England.
Driven by a strong social commitment, I have been creating and facilitating dance and body-based workshops for over a decade within community and medico-social settings.
In 2020, I co-founded the association Rapprochées, dedicated to making dance accessible, alive, and shared. I am currently in my third year of the Matière training program created by Anne Expert, deepening my practice of Body-Mind Centering®.
My approach: A dance of the living
I experience the body as a sensitive landscape — a territory to listen to, explore, and inhabit.
Movement becomes a subtle language, a visible trace of our inner world. Through embodied listening, I accompany people back to themselves, supporting their unfolding and their ability to meet the world with authenticity.
The body-as-landscape invites an exploration of flows, structures, and transformations — bones, fluids, organs — like moving through a forest or a river.
We are living landscapes in constant change, and dance is the poetry of this impermanence.
Workshop: Somatic Practice — Letting Our Bodies Flow
In this workshop, we will explore the fluid quality of our bodies through the different liquids that compose us.
By attuning to the inner flows that inhabit us — each with its own rhythm and vitality — we will discover support for movement and dance that is effortless, free, and unrestrained.
Dancing from our fluids invites us to reconnect with what flows naturally, beyond effort or will.
It is an invitation to let ourselves be carried, to be moved by the current of life itself.
