To fully experience the Ecstatic Dance Gathering, we offer several accommodation options surrounded by nature. Whether you sleep under the stars, in a unique lodging, or in your converted van, you’ll find a space that suits your needs.

🌿 Glamping Accommodations: The site offers 20 unique accommodations, each with its own atmosphere and charm. Some have private bathrooms, while others provide a simpler experience with access to shared sanitary facilities. Yurts, cabins, domes, or lodge tents… each option invites you to a unique experience in harmony with the spirit of the Gathering.

🏕️ Camping – Immersion in the Heart of Nature

Pitch your tent in an exceptional natural setting by the lake and enjoy a spacious campsite with many shaded spots, perfect for resting between dance sessions.

The toilets and showers, accessible to all, are designed for your comfort so you can enjoy the Gathering with ease.

🔹 Camping Pass – 40 € for the duration of the festival from 23/07 at 9am to 27/07 at 10am 

(Departure strictly before 10:00 on 27/07)

This pass is mandatory for anyone sleeping on-site in a tent. It must be booked in advance through the ticketing system. It includes access to toilets and showers as well as a contribution to the maintenance and operation of the Domaine.

⚠️ Important: no vehicles are allowed on the site. All cars and vehicles must remain in the outside parking area. It is not permitted to drop off belongings from a vehicle on-site.

🚐 Sleeping Vehicles (vans, campervans, motorhomes, car-beds, etc.)

Sleeping vehicles are welcome at the Gathering and will have access to a dedicated parking area near the site.

🍽️  A Wholesome & Delicious Culinary Experience at the Ecstatic Dance Gathering

Throughout the four days of the festival, enjoy fresh, seasonal cuisine, with both meat-based and vegetarian dishes, lovingly prepared by the team of Domaine du Balbuzard. Each day, a different menu will be offered, with meals priced between €10 and €12.

To vary the pleasures or enjoy a bite at any time, a stand offering savory and sweet crêpes will also be available, along with plates of fries.

You’ll also be able to delight in toasts, snacks, and drinks made with spirulina, artisan ice creams, and a raw cacao bar, nourishing the body and opening the heart.

The Alcohol-Free Bar at the Gathering

Welcome to the enchanted bar of Manon and Paikan, a true oasis of refreshment and comfort at the heart of the Gathering!

Come enjoy amazing non-alcoholic cocktails, crafted with passion and creativity, where every sip is an explosion of natural and indulgent flavors. Let yourself be enchanted by their delicious chai, a spicy and comforting blend, or warm up with a selection of cozy hot beverages. And for those looking for a refreshing touch, discover our cooling drinks, lovingly crafted and served with a smile!

The Wellness Space – A Haven of Relaxation at the Heart of this Gathering

At the Ecstatic Dance Gathering, dive into a space dedicated to rejuvenation and relaxation. For four days, experienced therapists will offer individual sessions, each bringing their specific healing and unique approach.

After the intensity of the dances, this space becomes a true bubble of softness to pamper your body and extend your well-being. The sessions are paid, and each therapist will provide their rates directly on site.

Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation and regeneration in this oasis at the heart of the festival! ✨💆‍♂️

🌿 A Conscious Festival: Alcohol-Free and Substance-Free

The Ecstatic Dance Gathering is a space dedicated to authentic connection, presence, and the celebration of life in its purest form. To preserve this spirit, the festival is entirely alcohol-free and free from psychoactive substances. We believe in the possibility of reaching joy, ecstasy, and inner freedom through dance, music, movement, and sharing, without external alteration. This is an invitation to experience a state of collective mindfulness, to be together in full authenticity, and to cultivate sincere and deep exchanges.

🚭 A Designated Smoking Area

To respect this environment and the comfort of everyone, smokers will have access to a dedicated smoking area. Smoking will not be allowed near the common spaces to maintain air quality and the immersive experience of the festival. We thank you for your understanding and your commitment to co-creating a harmonious and respectful space for all participants.

€2 Membership to the ECSTATIC Association – Why is it mandatory?

For insurance purposes, a symbolic €2 membership to the ECSTATIC association is required to attend the event. To simplify your arrival and avoid any additional logistics on-site, we kindly ask you to pay this membership fee when purchasing your ticket.

Please note that membership is personal and mandatory for each participant, including children, and must be purchased through the ticketing system. 

We will check at the entrance that your membership has been completed and is included on your pass.

Thank you for your understanding and support! We’re thrilled to have you as part of the beautiful ECSTATIC association, whose mission is to grow and spread the Ecstatic Dance movement.

Tickets are non-refundable.

However, to make reselling between participants easier, an online document will be available to you a couple of months before the event. This platform allows those who wish to resell their ticket to offer it to others—particularly useful if the festival is sold out or for people looking for a discounted entry.

👉 To sell your ticket, simply enter your contact details (name, surname, email, phone number) and the resale price of your pass in the document. Interested buyers can then contact you directly. As soon as your ticket is sold, please update the document (or ask the buyer to do so) to indicate that it is no longer available.

Commitment and Conditions

As a volunteer, you commit to offering a maximum of 6 hours per day while still having time to enjoy the festival.
